All sales made are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale which are set out below.
1 – All goods remain the property of Big Buffalo Trading Company Limited (BBTCL) until paid for in full.
2 – All prices listed / displayed or quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate where applicable.
3 – All prices quoted are subject to change and all orders will be invoiced at the prices effective at the time of delivery. Where a price change happens between the time of order and the time of delivery then the price at the time of delivery will apply unless there is a written agreement in place between BBTCL and the customer and documented at the point of order.
4 – Any changes in price will be communicated with an updated price list sent by email and all displayed prices on our website will be updated on the same day.
5 – BBTCL reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics.
6 – Some variances in product sizing are impossible to avoid during production. The measurements provided are a guide only and any variance in actual size will be within commonly accepted commercial tolerances. If you are unsure about the size of any product please request a size chart for that product and / or see the relevant manufacturers sizing chart on our website.
7 – Some variances in product colour are impossible to avoid during production. Some colours may have shade matching issues between different batches and this is particularly evident on garments which have been pigment dyed, mineral washed or tie-dyed. Any variances in shade matching will be within commonly accepted commercial tolerances.
8 – Size, specification, quality and quantity must ALL be checked carefully upon receipt of delivery and most definitely before you print / embroider / or personalise any products in any way. We will not provide credit / refund for any garments which have been worn, printed or processed in any way and no credit / refund will be made for any decoration costs or time incurred thereon.
9 – Every care is taken by BBTCL to ensure all product details are correct at the time of publishing.
10 – Please check all deliveries carefully before signing for them to ensure that the correct number of packages have been delivered. We cannot take responsibility for any non-delivered or missing packages if they have been signed for.
11 – All claims for non-delivery, incorrect or damaged goods must be made within 5 working days of despatch for UK Deliveries and 10 working days of despatch for non-UK deliveries.
12 – No liability or credit will be made for any consequential losses relating to late, non-delivered or incorrect goods.
13 – We cannot accept any returns without prior arrangement. Any arrangement to accept returns will be confirmed by email and any UK returns must then be made within 7 working days of the date of the confirmation email and any non-UK returns must be made within 14 working days of days of the date of the confirmation email.
14 – For returns other than for faulty or incorrect goods, a charge or 20% of the net returns value will be made, together with carriage costs if applicable.
The following goods are non-returnable:
a. Samples / Any order under 10 pieces.
b. Specially ordered or imported non-stock items / Any quantity.
15 – All orders over £350.00 (Exclusive of VAT) will be shipped free within the UK. Carriage will be charged on all UK orders under the value of £350.00 (Exclusive of VAT).
16 – Shipping costs to any non-UK countries will be quoted by email prior to shipment and will be the responsibility of the customer unless agreed with BBTCL in writing prior to shipping. All shipping costs to non-UK countries will therefore be invoiced. All non-UK shipments will be sent under the terms DAP (Duty at Place). This means that all international shipments will be liable to have customs and import duties and taxes applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. The cost of these fees will vary depending on the value of the shipment and the country of destination.
17 – All and any import duty and taxes incurred in the process of any shipment clearing customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and please be aware that unless these costs are paid in full by the customer then the customs authorities have the right to fully withhold the shipment.
18 – BBTCL will not be liable for any import duty and taxes costs incurred on any non-UK shipments and BBTCL will not be liable for any shipments which have reached the country of destination but where the necessary import duties and taxes have not been paid by the customer.
19 – All shipments to non-UK countries will be invoiced at zero VAT.
20 – A customer may arrange to collect their order from our warehouse. This arrangement must be agreed one day prior to the required date of collection and the customer must await email confirmation from BBTCL that their order is complete and ready to collect. Our warehouse is open for collection from Monday – Friday / 9-30am – 5pm excluding any national bank holidays and closure for religious festivals.
21 – All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping / collection unless a formal credit account has been agreed and that customer is within the agreed terms and limits applicable to that account.
